Windows client occasionally loses connection to gkrellmd

gkrellm in client-mode sometimes loses connection to gkrellmd running on another machine. Also the reconnect-logic fails in this case and/or the new connection waits for initial data forever.

Possible cause might be odd socket-handling on windows paired with a bug in gkrellmd when connecting twice from the same client (first connection is probably in lingering state).
